"Wireless Watchdogs was great to work with from start to finish and continuing after the sale. They are very responsive, great at presenting their solution to the customer and their results speak for themselves.
Initially the customers goal of working with Mobility Expense Management was to help manage the wireless accounts and take some burden off their internal help desk. Any cost savings were originally thought of as a bonus, but as long as it would cover the cost the “soft” savings were enough. That change once COVID hit and the focus shifted solely to a savings exercise. While the offering and benefits didn’t change WWD did a great job of keying in on the saving aspect which was easy to do with their free analysis of projected savings. They continued to explain that they could take on the management and help desk aspects, but didn’t overwhelm them by staying on topic.
I was originally a little worried when this turned into a cost cutting exercise because they had a couple of internal people that were already doing a pretty good job of optimizing their data plans each month. Even with the focus some month they were being more reactive instead of proactive in changing the rate plans. By optimizing during the same bill cycle they were able to shrink the data buffer to find a significant amount of savings. In addition, they identified other cost saving measures related to international charges, unused lines and other ancillary charges.
Once the account was cleaned up we started focusing on the agreements they had with the carriers. At this point we have successfully help renegotiate one of the agreements with very favorable and aggressive custom terms which we are now leveraging with the other carriers. WWD is a great help when doing this by leveraging both their experience with the carriers, but also seeing what the carriers have offered to their other clients.
Finally as time has gone on the company is back to looking to WWD to take on more of the day to day management and help desk capabilities included with their service."
